Prof. Dr. Ali RESUL, in the capacity of data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Law No. 3359 on Basic Health Services, Decree Law No. 663 on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Health and Its Affiliated Institutions, the Regulation on Private Hospitals, the Regulation on the Processing of Personal Health Data and the Protection of Privacy, the regulations of the Ministry of Health, and other relevant legislative provisions.
As the data controller, all kinds of personal data shared by you are stored by acting in compliance with all applicable legislation in force, with due regard to patient privacy, and by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security regarding your personal data.

Prof. Dr. Ali RESUL to be able to fully and duly perform his contractual and legal obligations. The legal grounds for the collection of your personal data are the provisions of the KVKK and other applicable legislation.
