In the modern world, as we know, there are anatomical structures in the human face. These include the facial skin, a thin fat layer, and a special muscle layer called the "SMAS" (Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System), which provides the foundation for the face. This SMAS layer wraps around the face like a net and attaches to the facial bones. However, over time, due to aging, sun exposure, stress, and environmental factors, the collagen and muscle fibers in the SMAS layer deteriorate and weaken. As a result, the face’s supporting system loosens, causing sagging, which is commonly seen as the aging process.

With our methods, especially using surgical and medical techniques, such as thread lifting, we can restore the sagging SMAS layer to its original position, tightening and rejuvenating the face. Thus, with a simple surgical intervention, it is possible to reverse 10 to 20 years of sagging and deformity.
